The Royal Government of Bhutan has secured the financing from the World Bank towards the cost of preparatory activities for the proposed “Accelerating Transport and Trade Connectivity in Eastern South Asia (ACCESS)-Bhutan Project, to be implemented by the Department of Surface Transport (DoST), Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MoIT), Royal Government of Bhutan (RGoB), Thimphu and intends to apply a part of the fund for the services for hiring of an International Procurement Consultant.
Therefore, eligible and interested Individuals are invited to submit Expression of Interest (EoI) as per the Terms and Reference (ToR) uploaded in the website of Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport at www.moit.gov.bt. The Expression of Interest needs to be submitted latest by 1400 hours (Bhutan Time, GMT + 0600 hours) on January 28, 2025 to the undersigned officials.
