Only (PSUs) or approved producers (SAIL, TATA Steel, RINL, JSW, JINDAL Steel & Power Ltd, Essar Steel Ltd) or their authorized dealers/distributors, including the original manufacturer of primary TMT steel and/or their authorized dealer/distributor in Bhutan.
