Royal Government of Bhutan in collaboration with World Bank towards the cost of preparatory activities for the proposed Accelerating Transport and Trade Connectivity in Eastern South Asia (ACCESS)-Bhutan Project, to be implemented by Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, Thimphu and intends to apply a part of the proceeds for the services on hiring of Procurement Specialist and Project Coordinator respectively.
The eligible and interested national individual consultants are invited to submit Expression of Interest (EoI) as per the Terms and Reference (ToR) uploaded in MoIT website viz www.moit.gov.bt. The EoIs are to be submitted in hard copy latest by 29th March 2024 before 5:00 PM during office hours to the Procurement Division, MoIT.
