- Lhendup Dorji, EID No. 201101005 has been appointed as the Chief Transport Officer, Regional Office, Mongar, Bhutan Construction & Transport Authority (BCTA). He previously served as the Deputy Chief Transport Officer, Regional Office, Mongar, Bhutan Construction & Transport Authority (BCTA).
- Tshering Moktan, EID No. 200407006 has been appointed as the Chief Engineer, Regional Office for Infrastructure Development, Tsirang. He previously served as the Executive Engineer Regional Office for Infrastructure Development, Tsirang, Department of Infrastructure Development (DoID)
- Tobgay, EID No. 201101170 has been appointed as the Chief Engineer, Regional Office for Infrastructure Development, Punakha. He previously served as the Executive Engineer Regional Office for Infrastructure Development, Punakha, Department of Infrastructure Development (DoID).
- Tshongtu, EID No. 200901024 has been appointed as the Chief Programme Officer, Service Management Division, Bhutan Construction & Transport Authority (BCTA). He previously served as the Deputy Chief Labour Officer, Regional Office of Industries, Commerce and Employment, Samdrupjongkhar, Ministry of Industries, Commerce and Employment (MoICE).
