Department of Surface Transport, Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, Royal Government of Bhutan following the completion of the selection process in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (Consulting Services) and the Request for Proposals (RFP) dated July 7, 2025, proposal submitted by the JV of Consulting Engineers Group Limited, India and DOHWA Engineering Co., Ltd (DOHWA), Republic of Korea has been evaluated as the Most Advantageous Proposal.

 The key details of the contract are as follows;

1. Name of the Assignment: Consultancy Services for the Detailed Design and Construction Supervision of Road and Bridges for Gelephu-Tareythang, Sarpang, Bhutan.
2. Contract Type: Lump-Sum for Phase-I and Time-Based for phase-II.
3. Contract Amount: BTN 150,628,648.42 and US$ 4,035,436.84 [Phase-I BTN 14,615,385.26 and US$ 1,080,705.26; Phase-II; BTN 136,013,263.16 and US$ 2,954,731.58] inclusive of all form of local taxes.
4. Contract Duration: Phase-I is Nine (9) months and Phase-II is fifty-four (54) months.
